Yuketen’s Native Antler Moc offers a modified Venetian silhouette with overtly Yuketen detailing. A baseball-stitched toe and heel, hand-painted Elk Antler centerpiece and decorative pinking make the Native Antler Moc a conspicuous new addition to the Yuketen collection.

Each pair of Yuketen’s American-made genuine moccasin-construction footwear is hand-sewn by leather artisans in the northeastern United States who have mastered their craft through decades of experience. The Native Antler Moc with Concho also boasts baseball stitching on the toe and heel of the shoe; named so because it resembles the cross-hatch seams of a baseball.  The “baseball stitch” handsewing technique is more difficult and time-consuming than the traditional handsewn technique. The shoe’s upper is rendered in Horween’s Chromexcel leathers, giving it exceptional pull up properties and an ability to develop rich patinas with age and wear. American-made nickel and turquoise conchos line the collar of the shoe, while elk antler tip centerpieces decorate the top of the vamp.

Although the Native Antler Moc is one of Yuketen’s lower-profile silhouettes, it still enjoys the structural benefits of a vegetable-tanned leather tuck and steel shank. These components form a stable bridge along the arch of the foot, distributing weight more evenly across the footbed for increased comfort. The shoe’s upper sits atop a cork-speckled natural rubber Camp Sole which is sewn to the vamp leather, allowing the shoes to be resoled for years of prolonged wear.
